so every time I try and go online it says "Connecting to OpenSpy" and it stays in that forever. When I cancel it and press it again the game crashes. I play on win 10.

Hey Ruby, this usually happens at installation and Windows doesn't add the game to list of exceptions to the firewall. Or it could be your antivirus. Could you try checking those out first before we move on to other possibilities?

Same here. I checked it off on the list of the Firewall and still nothing has changed.

Try disabling the entire firewall and any other antivirus you have running. Windows Defender has been known to block ThugPro.

Sure thing!

Make sure to add a fix to the firewall and then re enable it so your computer is not vulnerable. You can look up YouTube videos on how to  allow programs through the firewall/antivirus (whichever was causing your connection issues)

Not sure if it's the computer itself or what's it is associated with but I'm still having some trouble. I allowed it through the firewall and all but there's still no luck. There's this Virus program that's installed and I still haven't figure out a way to disable it. Any other option or way I can configure it?

What virus program do you have? I can look up about disabling it.

Are you still stuck on "Connecting to Openspy" ?

Apparently this command in a CMD will uninstall it.

Code: [Select]
msiexec /x {CE15D1B6-19B6-4D4D-8F43-CF5D2C3356FF} REMOVE=ALL REBOOT=R /q

Oh my good God, you're a life saver. It worked! My last question is that do I need to port-forward by any chance? Again, thank you so much!

port-forwarding is necessary if users are unable to join your own host.

Then what's the base port range and name required to do so? Or if there's already a post I don't mind that either.

Thugpro uses 5153 UDP. I always say to also allow 5154 in the rare case it uses that one.
