Title: Where's CAS voices audio location at? and how do open pcm.wad & pcm.dat

I wanna know where all CAS voices are at? I want to replace the voices since there's no access to the pro skaters voices like tony hawk, bam, mikeV etc. how do open pcm.wad & pcm.dat?

That's pretty hard to do, i had the same question too.
But feel free to ask to Casey Mongillo, he made a voice mod that's pretty cool.  :)
