Here's a preview I recorded of the City Center (http://thpsx.com/creation-details/?obj=1716) create-a-park I uploaded.
I tried to make the lines feel similar to the THUG style level design, or at least as close as I could with the CAP tools.
It has all the online game mode restarts, max number of goals, max number of gaps, max number of rail tool rails before the tool stops working, and just about as many pieces as I could place without crashing the game when it tries to load the level.
Also, there's a secret area! See if you can get into the subway station.
