Title: Issues with updating

It's been quite a bit since I have played and I tried to join a game but it said to restart to start updating. I restarted the game, but it didn't update. I then went to try to redownload THUG Pro but the pop up below came up, so I have no way of downloading/updating the game. Any help would be great, thanks!

I attached the setup .exe but you may need to use a VPN if you get blocked trying to update.
