General THPS(X) / Suggestion: Elissa Steamer & FLIP Decks (Thugpro)

Elissa was my favorite skater, since THPS1. I feel she's iconic enough to warrant a skater slot in Thugpro.

Flip decks, because it feels weird to have the interface and no Flip decks.... also I <3 FLIP
