Title: Black box shows on cap after edited texture / colors.
Post by: dre777 on June 25, 2019, 11:11:18 am
Hello, I just changed the color of the regular forward cap and in the spot where a logo would be there is a black box that cannot be altered. How can make it so that it would just show the front top of the cap recolored or at all?

Appreciate the help and guidance on this have tried finding what image file corresponds to that part, but cannot. Is it the .Skin.xbx; .Cas.xbx; .Col.xbx; or .Usg.xbx ?

You're still running Windows 10 Beta!? Well it's time to upgrade to Windows 10 Build 1903!

if you're familiar with blender, you could try importing the hat model, then switch to edit mode and press the "a" key to select everything. then press "p" and a little menu should pop up, from there select material. you should now have multiple objects with each one being its own material. if you find that one of those new objects matches what your black box is, delete it. then select all objects, join them together, and export.
