In THPS3, it's hard unlock Warehouse, Burnside and Roswell so the skaters are skating around this area so take a look of the 3 levels.

Roswell - 4x Skaters (Mario Party Style)

Burnside - 3x Skaters (Too bad for the fourth skater, the game crashed!) :'(


Warehouse - 2x Skaters (It's too small for 4x Skaters)
Too bad, Joseph Lo isn't gonna win this round but Garvy Du wins this time.
