I Opened Up My Thug 2 using an Thug Pro save and i was going to freeskate then none of the levels was showing up like this:

Yeah, that's normal with THUGPRO saves, go to story mode or classic mode and then go back to freeskate. It should be fixed after that.

i don't need to i have an thug 2 completed save, using anteara or krillgta mod + levelmod i can select the thug pro 2014 level selection
