I had thug pro installed on my windows 10 pc a couple months ago...when I tried to re-install it after downloading it again it say's something like "we had a problem send email with reference install-fetch-1"...I already tried running thug pro as administrator and in compatibility mode for windows 8 which is the highest windows for compatibility mode...thug2 is installed on my pc already and I cannot get past the error message.

You shouldn't need to run THUG Pro as admin.
With that being said, navigate to \Users\<username>\AppData\Local\THUG Pro
Back up your saves, if you have any, and delete the THUG Pro directory.
Try running the installer again.

If the installer still throws an error.
Run regedit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\THUG Pro\Settings
and delete the key named thug2_path
Try running the installer again.

I am just now getting to reply but after deleting the thug pro directory at username/appdata/local/thug pro and then deleting the thug2_path key after opening regedit I tried to install thug pro again and the message about reference install fetch 1 still showed after clicking the install button...not sure if it also has anything to do with windows 10 but the latest update for windows 10 been delayed so I cannot try that

replying again but I still need help but after I tried to figure this out more I just decided to re-install windows 10...after re-installing windows 10 I did everything again and opened the thugpro installer and tried to install it...after clicking the install button I went to the username\AppData\Local\THUG Pro directory and only two file's were created and they are binkw32.dll and updt.dll...I checked inside the thug2 windows install folder and the Game folder and there are no new thugpro file's in there...doe's anyone have a solution?

well...it look's like I did not need to run thug pro as admin but that was not the problem...after I tried the step's from above that gone replied with that did not do it either...my anti virus software was not letting thug pro get through so I deactivated it and tried to install thug pro and it installed all of the file's without closing too early and now everything is working

Sorry I wasn't of more help but thanks for replying with what fixed it for you.
I'll keep that in mind next time someone is having similar installation issues.
