Let me preface this by saying, I know the devs are working their asses off trying to get the rest of the Tony Hawk levels into THUG PRO and I totally appreciate that, and what this topic is about is only speculation for the future.
That being said, do you guys know of any other games where the levels could be fun in THUG PRO? Of course there's Aggressive Inline and the Matt Hoffman games, and I reckon the levels from Evolution Skateboarding (namely the MGS Big Shell one) would be pretty cool.
Any other ideas?

It would be cool to skate on some of the SSX maps, they would be like super extreme versions of Downhill Jam. It might also be cool to have some of the levels from the Skate series, since they're so wide open but still have skate-able objects and skateparks.

a bit off topic, but ps2 era GTA maps would be sick. even if its just sections of old maps since the full GTA map might be a bit big for this sort of thing. the boardwalk in Vice City where you first save the game is one i really would like to see.

also the skateparks littered around GTAV. ive always wanted to put those to proper use.

Hah, I never considered that. The skatepark in San Andreas could be pretty fun. I think though if you were to import non-skatepark sections you'd need to add some skatable objects in after the fact since the maps aren't built for skating

the best i could anyway, lack of 45 degree QPs makes it really difficult. it should be buried in the community parks somewhere.

Jet Set Radio/Jet Set Radio Future levels would also be pretty dope, but the art design between the two games would clash tremendously lol

Speaking of gta, I believe gta 3 used the same engine as thps3 (renderware) so you might be able to convert some areas to thps3, then thug pro

Dave Mirra Freestyle BMX runs on Renderware as well and the maps are just renamed BSP files. (At least, I know that the PC version is like this.)
The tool that I use for THPS3 actually opens the maps from that game but I can't export it as a THPS3 BSP.

This might be the same case for GTA 3.

So if someone can figure out how to get the files to export properly we can have gta and Dave mirras levels. Also, what program do you use to view and export the thps3 levels

I would love to see Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam levels, because why not? The thp8 downhill level is quite fun and i believe the donwhill jam levels are way bigger.
On a side note: We were playing race the other day on the thps1 DJ level and it was really fun, maybe in the future we could get a race gamemode so the downhill levels can have a purpose. :)

true, i've messed around with dave mirra files a while ago and didn't manage to export it to a th3 format either. :/ But i'm sure its possible somehow.

The problem with a lot of levels is that they wont work that as well in THPS, as they did in the original game.
Nostalgia is also a big factor here...

I have done some research on the level formats for some of the games that have been suggested here already.
And some levels have actually been in a fully playable state in THUG Pro, but the experience was kinda disappointing.

Dave Mirra 2, Aggressive Inline and BMXXX is running on the same engine, and the file formats are pretty simple to parse.
But i think the levels in Aggressive Inline are the only ones that could potentially be fun in THPS.

Now that I have mentioned this, I have to write a disclaimer:
We're not going to include any of these levels in an official THUG Pro update.
But its an interesting topic, and once we have a better workflow / interface for user created content, we will probably see some stuff in game.
